How Do I Place An Order?

 

Select an item you like then select size and click on “add to bag” then continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click “Checkout” to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click “Check Out” to complete your order.

 

 

How Much Is Shipping?

 

Shipping is based off the weight and dimensions of your order.

Slums Apparel offers Standard Delivery for $6.

Will I Be Charged Tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for the state of California only. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped.

 

 

Does My Billing and Shipping Address Have To Match?

 

We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

 

 

How Long Will It Take My Order To Ship?

Please allow for 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Domestic delivery takes 7-10 days. International delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks.

 

 

How Will I Know That My Order Was Accepted?

 

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order processing. Feel free to contact us direct with any questions at slumsapparel@gmail.com

 

 

Can I Get A Refund Or Make An Exchange?

 

No refunds, exchange only. Please email slumsapparel@gmail.com for more details on how to exchange.

 

EXCHANGE:

Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. Please place a new order for new item, and return original item for refund.

 

Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?

 

Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we cannot add or remove items from your order.

 

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

 

 

Do You Re-Stock Your Inventory?

 

On occasions we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

 

 

I’ve Added An Item To My Cart, But Somehow It Is Already Sold Out.

 

Products on our website are sold on a first come, first served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed purchase of the last available item.
